摘要:

因虚施补不能获得满意的临床效果,是认证欠准确和施补技法稍欠所致。对于脾胃虚弱而属虚证者,补法过猛,用药过于滋腻,会有腻膈碍胃的壅中之弊,属不宜。或虽为虚证,又与余邪、痰浊、内毒、瘀血相混杂,仅施以补虚,则属不及。前者在选药中,避开质厚滋腻之品,后者可变通为平补、清补、通补、消补等,以敦促正气来复。

Abstract:

Using reinforcing due to the deficiency syndrome cannot get Satisfactory clinical results,it is because of dialectical inaccurate ant incorrect methods of reinforcing.The patients of weakness of spleen and stomach,the excessive use of reinforcing and tonic medicine can cause the obstacle to the stomach,it is belonged to too much.The patients of deficiency syndrome mixed with other evil influence、phlegm and internal toxin,only used the therapy of reinforcing is belonged to much less.The former should not use the tonic medicine,and the latter should use unifrm reinforcing、heatclearing and reinforcing、obstructionremoving and reinforcing,to facilitate and recover the strength of vial qi.
