亚健康人群常见症状及证型的文献评价研究*

摘要:

[目的]研究亚健康人群常见症状及证型的表现特点。[方法]检索CNKI中国期刊全文数据库1989-2009年发表的亚健康相关文献,进行文献整理,建立亚健康文献信息提取表和亚健康文献信息数据库,利用SPSS软件进行统计分析。[结果]纳入研究的文献共172篇,共提取亚健康常见症状86个,包括失眠多梦、疲劳乏力、食欲不振等。亚健康常见证候有37个,其中心脾两虚证、肝肾阴虚证、肝气郁结证等最为多见。[结论]通过对亚健康的文献研究探讨亚健康常见症状和证型的表现特点,以期为亚健康状态的辨证和治疗提供参考依据。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the performance regularity of symptoms and syndrome types which relating with sub-health state.[Methods] To retrieve the literature relating with sub-health about 1989-2009 from the CNKI Chinese periodical full-text database,then put them in order and screen the needs,establish the extracting table of sub-health literature information,establish database of sub-health literature information and analyze the database by SPSS software.[Results] The 172 literatures were selected in the research.The common symptoms of sub-health state were 86,the most frequent symptoms were insomnia and dreaminess,fatigue and debility,loss of appetite,etc.Common syndrome types of sub-health state were 37,the most frequent syndrome types were deficiency of both heart and spleen,hepatic and renal yin deficiency,stagnation of Live Qi,etc.[Conclusion] Through the analysis of literatures about treating sub-health by traditional Chinese medicine,to explore common symptoms and syndrome types of sub-health state characteristic and provide a reference basis for the differentiation of symptoms and signs and the treatment of sub-health.
