暑热宁合剂中绿原酸HPLC测定条件的优化*

摘要:
[目的]优化暑热宁合剂中绿原酸的高效液相色谱法测定条件。[方法]色谱柱:Xterra188WatersRPC18;检测器:Waters2998;工作站:WatersEmpower;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10:90);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:327nm。[结果]该条件下可使暑热宁合剂中主要成分绿原酸达到较好的分离。[结论]高效液相色谱(HPLC)实现该样品的简便、准确、快速、经济实用的分析。

Optimization of HPLC conditions for Chlorogenic Acid in Shurening mixture

Abstract:
[Objective] To optimize the chromatographic conditions for determining Chlorogenic Acid in Shurening (Summer Heat Ning) mixture.[Methods] Xterra188 Waters RP C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column was used;Detecter was waters2998;Work station:Waters Empower;The motile phase:acetonitrile-0.4% Phosphoric acid (10∶90), The flow rate was 1 mL.per min,and the detection wavelength was set at 327nm.[Results] This condition could have a good separation for Chlorogenic Acid.[Conclusion] It was a simple,accurate,fast and inexpensive analysis for the adenosine phosphates.
