2型糖尿病中医证候学文献的方法学质量分析*

摘要:

[目的]通过文献分析,了解2型糖尿病证候学研究文献的统计与设计方法。[方法]在中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中检索文献,对1981—2010年11月期间的2型糖尿病中医证候相关文献进行收集整理,运用统计描述进行分析,了解文献的相关研究领域及其设计与统计方法。[结果]通过整理发现,近10年对2型糖尿病的相关调查已经受到重视,调查工具主要为自编调查问卷,其中使用了多元统计方法的文章有31篇,数据挖掘技术的文章有10篇,但只有10篇文献有质量控制的描述,中医证候诊断标准的使用比较分散,数据挖掘技术在中医证候的运用多还在模型摸索中,多元统计方法还有待继续推广普及。[结论]文献分析所总结出的2型糖尿病常用设计与统计方法以及所发现的问题,能够为进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the designs and statistical methods of TCM syndrome in Type 2 diabetes mellitus by documents quality analysis. [Methods] Literature retrieval was performed on CNKI to gain documents during 1981-2010 and established the literature evaluation table, then the literature was analyzed by statistics description for understanding the relative study field, design and the statistical methods of the literature. [Results] By analyzing of the documents, the investigations of type 2 diabetes mellitus in recent 10 years were drawn more attentions. Survey tools were mainly self-made questionnaires. Totally 31 documents were analyzed by multivariate statistical methods and 10 documents used data mining technology. But only 10 documents had descriptions of quality control. Diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus of TCM syndrome were used non-centralized. Many data mining technology models were still in groping and multivariate statistical methods should be promoted. [Conclusion] The common designs, statistical methods and problems of literature analysis of TCM syndrome in type 2 diabetes mellitus can provide some references for the further research.
