| 摘要: |
| [目的]建立以高效液相色谱法测定牛黄化毒片中的连翘苷含量的方法。[方法]色谱为C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-水(23:77),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为室温。[结果]连翘苷检测浓度在0.1946～2.9190μg范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.90%[相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.69%]。[结论]该方法可用于牛黄化毒片的质量检测。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish HPLC method for determination of forsythin content in Niuhuang Huadu tablets. [Methods] The determination was performed on C18 column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (23:77) with flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength at 230 nm under room temperature. [Results] Forsythin had good linear relation in the range of 0.194 6～2.919 0 μg (r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.90% (RSD=1.69%). [Conclusion] The method can be used to control the quality of Niuhuang Huadu tablets. |
