| 《医学衷中参西录》书中论治脾胃,补前人之未备,张锡纯谓脾胃乃后天之本,其引《易经》中的"至哉坤元,资生万物",来阐述脾胃为人一身之本的思想,又把李东垣"扶脾阳"的脾阳学说和叶天士"益胃阴"的胃阴学说两者相结合,创立了脾胃学说。 |

| Records of Chinese Medicine with Reference to Western Medicine discussed the treatment of the spleen and stomach diseases and replenished the previous insufficiency.ZHANG Xi-chun cited the words from the Book of Changes to explain his thought that the spleen and the stomach were the foundation of acquired constitution. ZHANG Xi-chun combined the theory of invigorating spleen-yang by LI Dong-yuan and the theory of supplementing spleen-yin by YE Tian-shi and created the theory of the spleen and stomach of his own.In this paper,we superficially summarized the thought of ZHANG Xi-chun for treating spleen and stomach diseases. |
