通腑泻肺方对重症肺炎患者胃肠道功能影响的临床研究*

摘要:

[目的]观察通腑泻肺方对重症肺炎患者胃肠道功能影响。[方法]采用自身前后对照的研究方法,对42例重症肺炎患者进行胃肠道功能衰竭评分后随机分为试验组和对照组。两组均给予西药抗感染、化痰等基础治疗。试验组予通腑泻肺方,对照组予吗丁啉每次10mg,每日3次治疗。7d后再次进行胃肠道功能衰竭评分。观察两组胃肠道功能衰竭评分变化。[结果]与对照组比较,试验组治疗后胃肠道功能衰竭评分降低。与治疗前比较,试验组治疗后胃肠道功能衰竭评分降低。[结论]通腑泻肺方可改善胃肠功能,且改善情况强于吗丁啉,对于重症肺炎患者可降低胃肠功能衰竭的发生几率,有减少发生多脏器功能不全综合征(MODS)的作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of Tongfuxiefei prescription on gastrointestinal function in patients with severe pneumonia.[Methods] An auto-controlled research was performed before and after the treatment.After evaluation for the failure of gastrointestinal function forty-two patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The patietts of both groups were given Western medicine with antiinfection and resolving phlegm as the basic treatment.The patients in treatment group were given Tongfuxiefei prescription,while the patients in control group were given Domperidone,10 mg,three times a day.The evaluated score for gastrointestinal function failure was obtained again seven days later and observe its changes in both groups. [Results] Compared with the control group,the score of gastrointestinal function failure in the treatment group reduced with significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,gastrointestinal function failure score of the treatment group also reduced and the biochemical parameters improved simultaneously with significant difference (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Tongfuxiefei prescription may improve gastrointestinal function,and the improved situation is better than Domperidone.For patients with severe pneumonia Tongfuxiefei prescription can decrease the incidence of gastrointestinal function failure having effect of decreasing the onset of multi-organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS).
