| [目的]探讨补肾调冲方对不孕症患者促排卵周期子宫内膜容受性的影响。[方法]将36例子宫内膜生长不良继发不孕患者随机分为中药组及戊酸雌二醇对照组,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测绒毛促性腺激素(HCG)注射日子宫内膜厚度、类型及血流状态。[结果]1)中药组子宫内膜厚度较对照组明显改善,差异显著(P<0.05)。2)中药组A型+B型内膜与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3)中药组子宫内膜阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);子宫内膜穿支血流与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4)中药组临床妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾调冲方有增加子宫内膜厚度及改善子宫内膜血流的作用,可提高子宫内膜容受性,有助于胚胎着床。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the effect of Bushen Tiaochong prescription on the improvement of endometrial receptivity in patients with infertility during ovulation cycle.[Methods] The 36 infertile women due to poor endometrial development were randomly divided into two groups:traditional Chinese medicine group and control group treated with estradiol valerate.Transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging was employed to measure the endometrium thickness,type and bloodstream condition of the two groups in the day of injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG).[Results]1) The endometrium thickness in the traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously improved compared with that in the control group with a significant difference (P<0.05).2) A+B type of endometrium in traditional Chinese medicine group had no significant difference compared with that in the control group (P>0.05).3) The resistance index (RI) and pulsate index (PI) of the endometrium in traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously lower than that in the control group with a significant difference between these two groups (P<0.01).The communicating artery of the endometrium in traditional Chinese medicine group compared with the control group showed a significant difference (P<0.05).4) The pregnancy rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in the control group with a significant difference (P<0.05).[Conclusion] It is suggested that Bushen Tiaochong prescription can increase endometrium thickness,improve bloodstream condition and endometrial receptivity helped |
