| 摘要: |
| [目的]探讨益气活血中药促进骨折愈合作用的疗效。[方法]64只大鼠右胫骨骨缺损造模,分为骨乐宁高剂量组、低剂量组、活血化瘀组和空白对照组治疗,于7、14、212、8d分4批处死,取骨折模型部位骨痂行免疫组化染色,统计骨痂中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)阳性染色细胞的数量与面积。[结果]在72、1d时,骨乐宁高剂量组VEGF阳性表达细胞的数量与面积高于活血化瘀组(P<0.01)。[结论]骨乐宁胶囊在骨折愈合早期有助于VEGF合成与释放,且其作用较单纯活血化瘀中药明显。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying qi invigorate the circulation of blood to promoting fracture cooperation.[Methods] There were 66 rats with right shin bone injured,which were divided into Gulening high dose group,low dose group,activating blood and dissolving stasis group and control group.Each group was divided into 4 slaps to execute in 7,14,21,28d,selecting fracture model part callus to immunohistochemisty coloration,recording the quantity and area of VEGF positive express celled in bone scab.[Results] During 7d and 21d,VEGF positive express celled quantity of Gulening high dose group and area was higher than that of activating blood and dissolving stasis group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Gulening capsule is contribute to the combining and releasing of VEGF in fracture healing early stage,and its effect is better obviously than pure traditional Chinese medicine of activating blood and dissolving stasis. |
