[目的]研究灰树花在9种不同的母种试管培养基上菌丝的生长情况以及不同碳源、氮源对其菌丝生长的影响。[方法]在各组试管及平板培养基上分别接入同等大小的灰树花菌丝块,定期观察、记录培养基上菌丝的生长状况。[结果]在配方B,即综合马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂(PDA)培养基上满管时间最短(18d),长势(菌丝洁白、分支多,菌落完整、浓密)最好;在供试的5种碳源中最佳碳源是果糖;在供试的7种氮源中最佳氮源是牛肉膏,有机氮源比无机氮源更适合于灰树花菌丝生长。[结论]PDA综合培养基为灰树花母种最佳培养基;平板培养基中,最佳碳、氮源分别是果糖和牛肉膏。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the growth conditions of Grifola frondosa on 9 different kinds of mother culture media and effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelium growth.[Methods] The same mycelia block was put into tubes and plates in each group to observe and record and shoot growth conditions of Grifola frondosa. [Results] In the formula B,namely,integrated PDA medium,had the shortest full pipe time (18d),the growth vigour (mycelium white,branch number,colony integrity,thick) was better than any others;fructose was the best carbon source in 5 tested carbon sources and beef extract was the best nitrogen source in 7 tested nitrogen sources.Organic nitrogen was more suitable growth of Grifola frondosa than inorganic nitrogen sources.[Conclusion] Integrated PDA medium is the best formula of mother culture medium for Grifola frondosa;fructose and beef extract are the best carbon and nitrogen sources. |
