再论中医治疗感染性疾病的优势*

Re-discussing the advantage of TCM in treating infectious diseases

摘要:

感染病的防治是世界各国面临的一大课题,针对病原体变异速度快,突发新的感染病难以直接干预,细菌耐药性问题越来越严重等困惑,提出中医治疗感染病具有早期干预、对抗与保护结合、后期调理修复、无耐药性、无菌群失调等优势,并对优势的来源进行分析。提出充分发挥中医治疗感染病的优势,不断跟踪新的疾病谱,创新和完善辨证论治理论,与西医的微观辨病理论相结合,加强针对病原体特效药的研究,共同对抗感染性疾病是今后的研究方向。

Abstract:

The prevention and treatment of infectious diseases are a difficult problem currently in the world.Direct intervention is difficult for the fast changing of the pathogens variation and the suddenly happened new infectious diseases and more and more serious drug-resistance.It is proposed that treating infectious diseases by TCM has some advantages of early intervention,combination of resistance and protection,regulating restoring in the later period,no drug-resistance,no imbalance of bacterial group.The resource of these advantages is analyzed simultaneously.It is also suggested the thoroughly expand the advantages of TCM in treating infectious diseases,continuously follow the new spectrum of diseases,create and improve the theory of differentiated treatment,combination with microcosmic disease-differentiated theory in western medicine,strengthen the research of the specific drugs against the pathogens and corporately treatment the infections diseases.
