针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发高血压病731例疗效观察*

摘要:

[目的]观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发高血压病的疗效及其相关因素。[方法]将731例单纯性肥胖病并发高血压病患者依据辨证分型采用耳体针结合施治,观察针灸治疗前及治疗3个月后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、血压的变化及影响其变化的相关因素。[结果]针灸治疗3个月后,总有效率为93.8%。针灸对单纯性肥胖并发高血压具有良好的疗效,重度肥胖、轻度肥胖疗效均优于中度肥胖;年龄轻者优于长者;病程短者优于长者,女性疗效优于男性患者。[结论]针灸对肥胖并发高血压同时有减肥和降压的双重作用,针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发高血压病的疗效与肥胖度、年龄、性别和病程有关。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on simple obesity complicated with hypertension.[Methods] Seven hundreds and thirty-one patients with simple obesity complicated with hypertension were treated with combined auricular and body acupuncture according to the differentiated typing of Chinese medicine.The change of symptoms,physical signs,obesity indexes,blood pressure and its correlating influence factors in the patients were observed before treatment and 3 mouths later.[Results] After treatment for 3 mouths the total effective rate was 93.8%.Acupuncture had good effect in treating the patients with simple obesity complicated with hypertension.The effect in patients both with severe and mild obesity was superior than that in middle patients;Effect in the younger was better than the elder;The treating effect in patients with shorter duration was more effective than the longer.Effect in female was more effective than male.[Conclusion] Acupuncture has both body weight-reducing and blood pressure-decreasing effects for patients with obesity complicated with hypertension.The effect is associated with adiposity degree,age,sex and the length of disease processes.
