[目的]建立大鼠体表深Ⅱ度烫伤、浅Ⅱ度烫伤、Ⅰ度烫伤模型,用于烫伤修复研究。[方法]采用恒温恒压温控烫伤仪,设定不同的烫伤条件,造成面积相等、程度不同皮肤损伤的3种烫伤模型,并进行组织形态学检查。[结果]温度90℃,时间15秒,压力1 000 g可造成大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤;温度80℃,时间15秒,压力1 000 g可造成大鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤;温度80℃,时间10秒,压力500 g可造成大鼠Ⅰ度烫伤。[结论]大鼠烫伤模型制作过程中,烫伤的程度同时受烫伤温度、时间、压力的影响,其中受温度影响较大。本实验研究所建立的大鼠烫伤模型制备方法可以控制大鼠烫伤温度、时间、压力及面积,烫伤深度划分准确且操作简便,是研究烫伤修复机制及评价创面用药的良好模型。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To establish scalding models of deep Ⅱ,superficial Ⅱ and Ⅰ of body surface in Wistar rats for research of scalding repair.[Methods] Using homothermic and pressure-stable temperature controlled apparatus and setting different scald conditions in three models of scald with the same dimension,degree-different of skin damage.The pathologic examination was also performed.[Results] The deep Ⅱ of scalding in rats could be induced with temperature 90℃,scalding time 15 s,pressure 1 000 g;superficial Ⅱ with 80℃,15 s and pressure 1 000 g and Ⅰ with 80℃,10 s and pressure 500 g.[Conclusion] The scald degree is influenced by temperature,time and pressure,especially by temperature.The scalding depth and area in this model can be controlled.The result shows that it is an ideal model of skin scald. |
