高麟第教授运用左金丸临证经验

摘要:

左金丸出自《丹溪心法》, 是临床治疗肝火犯胃证的常见方剂, 黄连和吴茱萸配伍的比例不同所产生的药效作用不同。高麟第教授根据患者体质因素、寒热虚实的不同, 灵活调整黄连、吴茱萸比例用于治疗多种病症, 每每奏效, 现将高教授运用左金丸的临证经验进行整理论述。

Abstract:

Zuojinwan stems from Danxi Xinfa and it is a common prescription that can treat the syndrome of liver-fire attacking the stomach. The different compatibility proportion of goldthread and evodiae produce different effects. The professor GAO adjusts the proportion of goldthread and evodiae to treat many diseases according to the patients‘constitution and the patients’chills and fever and actual situation. And this often works. Now I will discuss the professor GAO’s clinical experience of using Zuojinwan.
