[目的] 对国槐(Sophora japonica L.)米中的酚酸类成分进行研究,为进一步开发利用该植物资源提供依据. [方法] 采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及高效液相色谱法等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质及光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构. [结果] 从国槐米70%的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了5个酚酸类化合物,分别为3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(1)、原儿茶酸甲酯(2)、没食子酸(3)、4-甲氧基-3,5-羟基苯甲酸(4)、枸橼苦素(5).[结论] 2、3、5为从槐属中首次分离得到的化合物. |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the phenoic acids of Flos Sophorae for further research and development. [Methods] The chemical components were obtained by using chromatographies such as silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC, and identified by the chemical and physical methods, especially spectral analysis. [Results] Five phenoic acids were obtained and identified as 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(1), protocatechuic acid methyl ester (2), gallic acid (3), 4-methoxy-3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (4), and citrusin C (5), respectively. [Conclusion] Compounds 2, 3, and 5 are obtained from sophora genus firstly. |
