| [目的] 考察相同型号（D101）不同厂家生产的大孔吸附树脂对芍药苷的富集工艺比较. [方法] 以芍药苷为指标，对树脂的静态和动态吸附、解吸附性能进行了考察. [结果] A、B两个厂家静态吸附和解吸附性能较好，而B、D、E 3个厂家的动态吸附和解吸附性能较好. [结论] 不同厂家生产的D101大孔树脂在对芍药苷的吸附和解吸附性能上存在一定的差异. |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To perform a comparative study about the same type of macroporous resins from different manufactures on peoniflorin enriching. [Methods] Peoniflorin was taken as the index to investigate the resins' static and dynamic absorbtion and desorption performance.[Results] D101 macroporous resin from A and B manufactures had a high static absorbtion and desorption performance, but B, D and E had a high performance in dynamic absorption and desorption.[Conclusion] There are some differences on the enrichment of peoniflorin by the same type of macroporous resins from different manufactures. |
