一测多评法同步测定玄参药材中两种环烯醚萜类成分的含量

摘要:
[目的] 建立玄参药材中哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷的一测多评含量测定方法,同时建立其方法学考察。[方法] 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),以哈巴苷为内标物,建立其与哈巴俄苷的相对校正因子,对5批玄参药材进行含量测定,实现一测多评,同时与外标法比较,验证该方法的准确性。[结果] 建立的校正因子重现性较好,采用一测多评法计算的含量值与外标法计算的实测值之间无显着差异。[结论] 利用相对校正因子对哈巴俄苷的含量测定是可行的,一测多评法可以用于玄参药材的质量评价研究。

Quantitative analysis of two Iridoids in Figwort Roots by QAMS method

Abstract:
[Objective] To develop a content determination method for simultaneous determination of harpagide and harpagoside in figwort roots, and establish its methodology. [Methods] The HPLC method is adopted to assay harpagide glycosides as internal standard, establishe the relative correction factor with harpagoside. Five batches figwort roots are determined the two iridoids content using, quantitative analysis multicomponents by single marker(QAMS) and compared with the external standard method. [Results] No significant differences was found in the quantitative analysis results of the two iridoids content between external standard method and QAMS method.[Conclusion] The use of relative correction factor is feasible to assay the content of the harpagoside. QAMS method can be used for the quality assessment of figwort roots.
