中药川续断化学成分的研究Ⅲ

摘要:
[目的] 为了研究中药川续断干燥根的化学成分。[方法] 应用多种色谱手段,对川续断根50%乙醇大孔树脂洗脱部分进行系统的分离和纯化,并利用NMR和MS等方法解析化合物结构。[结果] 共得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:1)(+)-1-羟基松脂醇4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。2)3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯。3)4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯。4)5-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯。5)马钱子苷。6)demethylsecologanol。[结论] 其中化合物1、4为首次从川续断根中分离得到。

Chemical constituents of Dipsacus asper Ⅲ

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents of Dipsacus asper. [Methods] The compounds were isolated from the 50% ethanol fraction using Macroporous resin by many kinds of chromatography methods and identified on the basis of phytochemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. [Results] Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as(+)-1-Hydroxy Pinoresinol 4'-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside(1),methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(2),methyl 4, 5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(3), methyl 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(4),loganin(5),demethylsecologanol (6),respectively.[Conclusion] Compounds 1, 4 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
