[目的] 研究延胡索生熟饮片在不同复方中配伍后生物碱类成分的溶出规律。[方法] 以金铃子散、元胡止痛片和延胡索汤的组成为±据,将延胡索和醋延胡索分别入3 个复方中,采用超高液相色谱法(UPLC)对3 个复方配伍后的水提液进行检测,观察生物碱类成分的溶出规律。[结果] 无论选用延胡索还是醋延胡索,3 个复方配伍组合与未配伍者相比,延胡索乙素溶出量均未显著提高,去氢紫堇碱也呈现相同的规律。[结论] 延胡索生熟饮片在这3 个复方配伍组合后对其延胡索乙素和去氢紫堇碱溶出量的影响差异较小。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To explore the dissolution rule of alkaloids of raw and processed Corydalis Rhizoma pieces in different compound prescriptions. [Methods] The raw and processed Corydalis Rhizoma pieces were put respectively in Jinlingzi powder, Yuanhu Zhitong tablets and Yanhusuo decoction. UPLC method was used to detect content of alkaloids of the water extract of the three formula prescriptions for getting the dissolution rate of alkaloids. [Results] Compared with single raw and processed Corydalis Rhizoma the content of tetrahydropalmatine of the water extract of the three formula prescriptions was not significantly improved and also had the same rule to the content of dehydrocorydaline. [Conclusion] The dissolution rate of alkaloids of raw and processed Corydalis Rhizoma has little difference in the three formula prescriptions. |
