痰瘀与自由基的关系探讨

摘要:
近年来,痰瘀互阻证在各种疾病中所占比例逐渐升高,中医所谓“怪病多痰”,“百病皆由痰作祟”,久病多瘀,痰瘀合病已成为临床许多病症之症结,冠心病、动脉硬化、脑梗死等疾病的发病机制中痰瘀均占有重要地位,而西医病理中阐述的自由基损伤与中医病机所谓痰瘀致病息息相关,活血化痰中药及以活血化痰为主要功效的中药复方药效的发挥更被证实与清除自由基作用密切相关。通过论证痰瘀与自由基的关系及其活血化痰药清除自由基在相关疾病治疗中作用,为活血化痰治则在多种痰瘀相关疾病治疗中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:
In recent years, the proportion of phlegm and blood stasis Syndrome has been gradually increasing in different disease, Chinese medicine called "strange disease have much phlegm", "all diseases result from phlegm", "blood stasis often happened in long illness", phlegm and blood stasis disease has been the crux of many clinical disorders, they are important in the mechanism of coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, cerebral infarction and other diseases. On the other hand, free radical damage in the western medicine and phlegm and blood stasis related to the disease in Chinese medicine pathogenesis have close association, The effect of Huoxue Huatan Chinese medicine and their extract were confirmed to closely associated with cleaning out the free radical. This article mainly demonstrates the relationship between the phlegm and blood stasis with free radical, Huoxue Huatan Chinese medicine clean out the free radical in the treatment of related diseases, and provide reference for Huoxue Huatan treatment's application in a variety of related diseases with phlegm and blood stasis.
