| [目的] 系统评价痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的有效性和安全性,为其临床应用与推广提供科学依据。[方法] 检索、收集并筛选痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎随机对照试验(RCT)文献,用JAdAd量表对纳入的试验进行质量评价,然后使用RevMAn5.2.5软件进行MetA分析。[结果] 共纳入符合要求的RCT10篇, JAdAd评分都小于3分,且均为国内研究,治疗组共纳入病例477例,对照组409例。合并分析结果显示,治疗组的临床效果优于对照组(Z=6.46, P<0.000 1),治疗组用药后降低血沉(ESR)和类风湿因子(RF)的作用更显著。安全性分析结果表明治疗组不良反应更少(Z=4.15, P<0.000 1)。[结论] 虽然该研究结果提示,痹祺胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎有较好的临床疗效和安全性,但由于纳入的文献质量较低,结论尚不可确定,仍需高质量、大样本的临床随机对照试验加以证实。 |

| [Objective] To systemically assess the therapeutic effect and safety of Biqi capsule in treating rheumatoid arthritis and provide some scientific evidences for its clinical application and promotion.[Methods] Firstly, searching,collecting and screening the randomized controlled trials of Biqi capsule for rheumatoid arthritis treatment. Secondly, the quality of the included trials was assessed using the Jadad scale. Finally, Meta analysis was performed using the Software RevMan 5.2.5 to systemically evaluate the included studies. [Results] Ten articles were included in this study. All of them were domestic studies with a Jadad scale less than 3, the 477cases were cumulated in the treatment group and 409 cases control group. Combined analyses showed that the clinical effects of the treatment group were better than that in control group (Z=6.46, P<0.000 1). The effect on reducing erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and rheumatoid factor (RF) were more obvious in treatment group. Security analysis indicated that less adverse reactions were occurred in treatment group (Z=4.15, P<0.000 1).[Conclusion] The evidence indicates that Biqi capsule has exact effects and preferably security in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Duo to that the quality of these included studies were low, so these conclusions need to be interpreted carefully and the high quality of randomized controlled trails with large sample were needed to confirm the conclusion. |
