舒脑欣滴丸对高血压患者动态血压干预效应的临床研究

摘要:

[目的] 观察舒脑欣滴丸联合内科常规治疗对高血压患者动态血压各项指标的影响.[方法] 纳入符合高血压患者138例,随机分为对照组69例、试验组69例,其中脱落8例,最后完成临床观察的130例中,对照组67例,试验组63例;观察治疗前及治疗4周后动态血压均值、脉压、血压形态、血压变异性、平滑指数的变化.[结果] 治疗4周后试验组对脉压、血压变异性、平滑指数的改善作用优于对照组,但对动态血压均值水平及血压形态的影响与对照组相比未体现出明显优势.[结论] 随着服药时间的延长,舒脑欣滴丸联合内科常规治疗较常规治疗能较好的缩小高血压患者的脉压水平,减小患者的血压变异性,提高降压平滑指数,从而使血压平稳下降.

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effects of Shunaoxin dripping pills combined conventional medical treatment on ambulatory blood pressure elements of the hypertensive patients with vertigo. [Methods] Choose 138 patients of the hypertension, and divide into two groups, the control group of 69 patients, experimental group of 69 patients. Shedding eight cases, and finally complete the clinical observation of 130 cases, the control group of 67 cases, the experimental group of 63 cases. Observing the changes of the mean ambulatory blood pressure, pulse pressure, blood pressure patterns, blood pressure variability, smoothness index before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment. [Results] Experimental group was better than control group on pulse pressure, blood pressure variability and smoothness index improved after 4 weeks of treatment, but the impact on the mean ambulatory blood pressure levels and blood pressure patterns did not show obvious advantage compared with the control group. [Conclusion] With the extension of the time for medication, Shunaoxin dripping pills combined conventional medical treatment can be better than the conventional treatment on decreasing pulse pressure, reducing blood pressure variability, increasing smoothness index, so as to make blood pressure decline steadily.
