[目的] 正交实验法优选柴胡桂枝颗粒处方药材的提取工艺。[方法] 以柴胡皂苷a、芍药苷、黄芩苷及出膏率为检测指标, 采用正交实验法优选柴胡等药材的乙醇回流提取工艺。[结果] 柴胡桂枝颗粒乙醇回流提取的最佳提取工艺为10倍量80%乙醇提取3次, 每次提取2 h.[结论] 优选的柴胡桂枝颗粒提取工艺稳定可行, 适合于工业化大生产。 |

[Objective] To optimize extraction process of prescription drugs from Chaihu Guizhi Granule by orthogonal test.[Methods] Ethanol extraction technology of Radix bupleurl and other herbs was optimized by orthogonal test with Saikosaponin A, baicalin, paeoniflorin and extract rate as detection index.[Results] Optimum extraction process conditions were determined as follows: Radix bupleurl and other herbs were extracted 3 times with 2 h by 10 times the amount of 80% ethanol.[Conclusion] This optimized extraction technology of Chaihu Guizhi Granule was stable and feasible, it could be extended to industrial production. |
