关于激肽释放酶-激肽系统在脑梗死治疗中生物学作用的研究进展

摘要:
激肽释放酶-激肽系统广泛存在于生物体内的多个系统, 主要由激肽、激肽原、激肽原酶及激肽酶等组成。近年来, 许多基础实验和临床研究表明, 在脑缺血后激肽释放酶-激肽系统被激活, 它主要通过具有血管活性的激肽与其特异受体结合, 影响一系列因子和细胞, 从而改善神经功能。其作用包括:减少梗死面积、抑制神经细胞凋亡、减少炎细胞侵润、促进血管和神经再生等。

Research progress of the effects of Kallikrein-kinin system on cerebral infarction

Abstract:
Kallikrein-kinin system exists widely in multiple systems in vivo. It was composed by bradykinin, kininogen, kininogen enzymes and kininase. In recent years, many basic experimental and clinical studies have shown that kallikrein-kinin system were activated after cerebral ischemia. This promoted the improvement of neurological function mainly through the binding of its vasoactive bradykinin and specific receptor, which affected a series of cells and cytokines. Its effects include: reducing infarct size, inhibiting neuronal apoptosis, reducing inflammatory cell infiltration and promoting blood vessel and nerve regeneration.
