摘要:

通过对古代本草、古代方剂和2010版《中国药典》一部中厚朴功用的比较,确认历代本草所载基本功用已被《中国药典》收录。但由古代本草提炼出来的祛风解表、宁心安神、祛风湿、杀虫、温补脾胃、利水通淋、活血祛瘀、聪耳明目及止痛等功能,以及古代含厚朴复方用于脾胃虚弱、伤寒、虚劳、虚损、积聚、疟疾、月水不调、虚寒、痈疽等病症,《中国药典》未曾收录。综合古今,初步确认祛风解表、祛风湿止痛、活血消症及宁心安神是厚朴的潜在功用。

Abstract:

Comparing the ancient herbalism literature, ancient prescription and modern national pharmacopoeia, we assured that the core functions of Magnolia bark contained in ancient herbal medicine has been Pharmacopoeia included. But ancient herbal medicine and prescription contained relieving exterior syndrome, calming heart and tranquilizing the mind, expelling wind-dampness, parasiticide, warming and invigorating spleen and stomach, diuresis, invigorate the circulation of blood, improving hearing and vision, alleviate pain, weakness of spleen and stomach, cold attack, deficiency, abdominal mass, malaria, irregular menstruation, carbuncle and other symptoms, these have not been documented in modern Pharmacy. Comprehensive analysis ancient and modern, we preliminarily confirmed that Magnolia Bark played a latent role in relieving exterior syndrome, expelling wind-dampness and alleviating pain, invigorating the circulation of blood, calming heart and tranquilizing the mind, etc. The initial recognition of the latent function been lost nowdays, should arouse the attention of the academic community.
