天津市某高校部分研究生心理危机的调查研究

摘要:

[目的] 通过对天津市某高校部分研究生心理危机问卷调查了解心理危机现状,分析产生的相关因素,探讨相关的原因。[方法] 采用《研究生心理危机问卷》,进行问卷调查,数据采用SPSS18.0统计。[结果] 1)主要生活事件为长期远离家庭、被人误会、学习负担重、考试失败、就业压力。2)心理脆弱性的正态配合度检验有显着差异(P <0.01),8.3%的研究生心理非常脆弱。3)研究生的心理脆弱性与心理韧性、处理方式和社会支持有显着相关(P <0.01). [结论] 研究生的心理危机源主要是远离家人、被人误会、学习负担重、考试失败、就业压力。研究生的心理脆弱性受心理韧性、不同的处理方式和社会支持的影响。

Abstract:

[Objective] By Postgraduate Psychological Crisis survey to understand the status of psychological crisis, analysis of relevant factors that explore related causes. [Methods] A psychological crisis Graduate Questionnaire on my graduate students conducted a questionnaire survey data using SPSS16.0 statistics. [Results] 1)major life events as long away from home, being misunderstood, heavy burden of study, exam failure, the employment pressure. 2)psychological normality with the degree of vulnerability of a significant difference(P <0.01) test, 8.3% of graduate psychology is very fragile. 3)Graduate psychological vulnerability and resilience, treatment and social support was significantly associated(P <0.01). [Conclusion] The main source of psychological crisis graduate is away from his family, being misunderstood, heavy burden of study, exam failure, the employment pressure. psychological graduate of vulnerability to mental toughness, different approaches and social support.
