Beta肾上腺素受体介导的心肌细胞肥大分子机制及相关中药研究进展

摘要:
心肌肥大主要是以心肌细胞面积增大及心肌细胞基因表达方面的改变为特征,是心肌细胞对外界生理或病理刺激的代偿性适应变化。然而长期处于代偿性肥大阶段可能会使心肌细胞失代偿、收缩功能紊乱而最终导致心衰的发生。β肾上腺素受体(βAR)是G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)超家族成员之一,对心脏功能调节起关键作用,其介导的信号通路参与了心肌细胞肥大过程。近年来,中药对βAR介导的心肌细胞肥大调控的相关报道逐渐增多。因此,对βAR介导的信号通路在心肌肥大过程中的作用及中药对相关信号通路的调节进行综述,以期对后续研究提供参考。

Abstract:
Cardiac hypertrophy is characterized as increase in size and changes in gene expression of myocardial cells. It's a compensatory response to physiological or pathological stimulation. However, long lasting hypertrophy lead to myocardial cells decompensation which will finally result in heart failure. β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR) is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR), which plays a key role in regulation of myocardial function. It involves in the pathways which can induce cardiac hypertrophy. In recent years, more and more studies have demonstrated that Chinese herb medicines regulated cardiac hypertrophy by β-AR pathways. So the present article reviewed the pathways involved in cardiac hypertrophy mediated by β-AR and the regulation of Chinese herb medicines on the related pathways.
