姜黄素是姜黄根茎提取活性成分,具有抗炎、抗凝、抗氧化,降血脂和抗肿瘤特性。近年来姜黄素的抗肿瘤作用逐渐成为研究热点之一。姜黄素可抑制在肿瘤的发生和发展中起着关键作用的细胞核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)和STAT蛋白抑制因子3(STAT3)信号通路。同时,对蛋白转录因子SP-1和管家基因表达的抑制作用可防止肿瘤的形成,迁移和侵袭。最近研究还发现,内质网应激和自噬在细胞凋亡过程中发挥作用,而抑制自噬可增加姜黄素及类似物介导的内质网应激,从而进一步诱导细胞凋亡。现就姜黄素通过调控转录因子及内质网应激与自噬信号通路诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡和抗血管生成的抗肿瘤作用机制作如下综述。 |

Advances on the research of curcumin on the regulation of transcription factors and signal pathways for anti tumor treatment |

Abstract: |
Curcumin is derived from the dried rhizome of the Curcuma longa plant. Studies have demonstrated that curcumin possesses anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant, antioxidant, hypolipidemic and anticancer properties. In recent years, the anticancer effect of curcumin has gradually become important. Curcumin inhibits the NF-κB and STAT3 signaling pathway in cancer development and progression. It also can inhibit SP-1 and housekeeping gene expression to prevent the formation, migration and invasion of tumor. Recent studies have also found that endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy play a role in the apoptosis of cells, and the inhibition of autophagy can increase the endoplasmic reticulum stress mediated by curcumin and its analogs, and further induce apoptosis. In this paper, the effects of curcumin on apoptosis and anti angiogenesis of tumor cells were summarized as follows. |
