| 中国国际化发展对中医药国际型人才的培养提出了新的要求。然而中国中医药国际人才培养理念和要求却尚未被明确界定，双语型或英语型教学模式多被误认为中医药国际型人才培养的主要形式。基于此，文中从中医药国际型人才培养要求、方向、师资团队配套设计等层面入手，次第分析中医药国际型人才培养的方法及目标。 |

| The development of internationalization of China puts forward new requirements for international talents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). However, the concept and requirements of the cultivation of traditional international medicine have not been defined clearly. Bilingual or English-based teaching model has been mistaken for the main form of talent cultivation in internationalization of TCM. Based on it, the article starts from the requirements, direction teachers and other supporting design of the personnel training of TCM, to analyze the method and goal of the talent training of TCM. |
