Abstract: |
The complicated pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus and its complications had not been fully clarified, Further studies found that target cells damage and apoptosis can lead to the tissue damage important factors in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and its complications. Bax is an important apoptosis factor, and its expression levels are closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and its complications. Studies found that single herbs or decoctions, can reduce the expression levels of bax in target cells in diabetes mellitus and its complications, improve the function of target cells, protect the cell structure, and reduce the rate of apoptosis of target cells, thus delay the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and its complications. The purpose of this paper is that to review the experimental studies of the expressions of bax of traditional chinese medicine controling the common complications of diabetes mellitus which aim at sharing some views for fellows. |
