基于关联分析的中医治疗流感样病例的用药规律

摘要:

[目的]通过对流感样病例相关名医医案的数据统计分析，发现并探讨流感用药配伍规律，开拓临证诊疗思路、提高流感临床疗效。[方法]选取名医治疗流感样病例的验案，对医案信息进行相关规范化处理，用Excel建立数据库，使用SQL SERVER 2005进行数据挖掘，进行药物关联分析。[结果]治疗流感样病例关联较高的药物源于桂枝汤、麻黄汤、银翘散、桑菊饮、白虎汤、麻杏石甘汤、栀子豉汤、小柴胡汤、柴胡桂枝汤。夹湿者，关联药对有佩兰与藿香、佩兰与大豆黄卷、藿香与厚朴。此外，还发现防风与苏叶关联度较高。[结论]关联度高的药物组合往往在经典方剂中找到其应用的依据，说明这些方剂在治疗流感时较其他方剂更加重要且实用，故认为在流感治疗中选用六经及卫气营血辨证方法，使用伤寒及温病的上述方剂，效果更佳。

Abstract:

[Objective] The article have been discover the compatibility rule of flu medication,expand way of clinical thinking,improve therapeutic efficacy through the statistical data analysis of influenza-like cases stem from famous doctor basis.[Method] Choosing the medical basis curing flu from famous doctor basis,and then standardizing the information.Using Excel to establish a database and SQL SERVER 2005 for data mining,to analyze correlation of drugs.[Result] Drugs which have highly associated with treatment of influenza-like cases are derived from Guizhi soup,Mahuang soup,Yinqiao powder,Sangju yin,baihu soup,Maxingshigan soup,Xiao chaihu soup,Chaihuguizhi soup.Drug compatibility such as Peilan and Huoxiang,Peilan and Soybean Germinated,Huoxiang and Houpocan be used for peple who clip the wet.Besides,it also has higer incidence degree for Fangfeng and Suye than others.[Conclusion] The evidence of the herbal combination with high relativity can frequently be found in classic formulations.It shows that these prescriptions are more important and practical in the treatment of flu.so we can obtain a better effect to use these classical prescriptions of Shanghan and Wenbing by syndrome differentiation of the six meridians and weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen in the treatment of flu.
