葛根制剂研究进展

摘要:

葛根作为常用的中药之一，具有广泛的临床应用价值，临床上主要用于治疗心脑血管类疾病，但是葛根素对于肝损伤也有较好治疗效果，并且具有保肝护肝的作用。显示出葛根制剂对于肝靶向的作用极具发展潜力并已逐步成为研究的热点。通过对相关文献的归纳总结，论述葛根的药理作用，主要对传统葛根剂型、目前应用的葛根剂型、正在研发的葛根剂型以及剂型特点进行综述，并对未来葛根制剂的发展作出展望。

Abstract:

As one of common Chinese medicine,pueraria has a wide range of clinical value.Puer-aria is used to treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Beside this,puerarin has a good therapeutic effect on liver damage,as well as a hepatoprotective effect.It shows that pueraria formulation has potential development for liver targeting and has gradually become a hot spot in research.Based summarization on the related literatures,the article discussed the pharmacological effects of pueraria.Then it was reviewed mainly traditional formulations of pueraria,dosage forms currently in use of pueraria,developing dosage forms of pueraria and their characteristics.Last,we made a prospect about the future development of pueraria formulation.
