| 曹式丽教授师从天津市名医柴彭年老先生，在慢性肾脏病从肾络治疗方面有着独到的见解。曹式丽教授以肾络受损为病理基础，从临床辨证施治角度分析本病，认为瘙痒可分为风盛则痒、湿遏则痒、虚久则痒、瘀滞则痒四大类型。围绕肾络受损展开治疗，立疏风通络、祛湿通络、养血通络、消瘀通络之治法。 |

| Professor CAO Shi-li learnt from the old gentleman CHAI Peng-nian, who was a famous TCM doctor in Tianjin. For the treatment of kidney disease she has a rich clinical experience and the therapeutic effect was significant. What is more, as regards the treatment of chronic kidney disease based on renal collaterals, she always has a unique point. She considers the diabetic nephropathy itchy skin can be dicided into four types such as caused by filled wind, hindered dampness, long-term weak and renal collaterals stasis, through the analysis from the angle of clinical syndrome differentiation and based on the pathological of impaired renal collateral. And according to the same theory, she set up the treatment of dredge the renal collaterals by dispelling wind, nourishing the blood, eliminating dampness and eliminating stasis. |
