葛芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清8-iso-PGF2α的临床观察

摘要:

[目的]通过观察葛芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床观察，探讨中医药延缓、治疗糖尿病周围神经病变发生、发展的作用机制。[方法]选取本院2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变，且证属肾虚毒滞型的患者60例，采用中心随机分组为中西医结合治疗组（葛芪降糖颗粒联合甲钴胺）、西药组（甲钴胺），每组30例，8周为1个疗程，观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、密西根评分，并检测血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肌电图、血清8-异前列腺素F2a（8-iso-PGF2α）等指标的变化。[结果]1）中西医结合治疗组能明显降低中医证候积分和密西根评分，临床总有效率优于西药组；2）中西医结合治疗组感觉神经传导速度明显优于西药组；3）中西医结合治疗组血清8-iso-PGF2α明显低于西药组。[结论]葛芪降糖颗粒明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）患者症状与体征，临床疗效优于单纯西药组，作用机制可能是通过减少血清8-iso-PGF2α。

Abstract:

[Objective] Through the observation of Geqi Jiangtang granules combined with Mecobalamin on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical observation of patients.To explore the mechanism of delaying and treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods] Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy in our hospital, who were proved to be kidney deficiency and toxin stagnation type, which were randomly divided into treatment group (combination of Chinese and Western medicine geqiJiangtang granule combined with Mecobalamin) and Western medicine group (Mecobalamin), 30 cases in each group, 8 weeks for 1 courses.The TCM syndrome score and the Michigan score were observed before and after treatment in two groups, and the changes of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, electromyogram, serum 8-iso-PGF2 and other indexes were detected.[Results] 1) Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score and the Michigan score, the total effective rate is better than the western medicine group. 2) The sensory nerve conduction velocity in the integrative medicine group was significantly better than that in the western medicine group. 3) The serum 8-iso-PGF2 level in the integrative medicine group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group.[Conclusion] Geqi Jiangtang granules combined with mecobalamin significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with DPN, The clinical curative effect is better than the westernmedicine group. The mechanism of action may be by reducing serum 8-iso-PGF2 alpha.
