摘要:

小青龙汤作为《伤寒论》中的一首经典方剂，现临床多用于外寒内饮或里外皆寒之慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、顽固性喘咳及眩晕、水肿等病，若辨证准确，往往投剂辄效，立竿见影，因此临床中使用小青龙汤的机会较多。然而，或因医家辨证不准，识症不确，对小青龙汤的使用禁忌心中不明，或因病家不遵医嘱，见其有效，过服多用，往往会发生意想不到的变证，给临床诊治造成困扰，因此准确掌握小青龙汤的应用指征及变证处理很有必要。

Abstract:

Xiaoqinglong decoction is a classic prescription of Shanghanlun. It is used in chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, intractable cough and dizziness, edema and other diseases, which identified with the syndrome of the cold drink or both inside and outside cold,in current clinical trials.If the identification certificate is accurate, it will get satisfactory effect immediately. As a result, there are much opportunity to use Xiaoqinglong decoction. However, for one thing, the doctors cannot identify the pathogenesis,syndromes of using Xiaoqinglong decoction and not familiar with its contraindication. For another thing,the patients are uncomplaisance and drug overdose, causing distress to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the application of Xiaoqinglong decoction accurately.
