中药复方藤芷膏防止肺癌化疗后静脉炎发生的60例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察复方藤芷膏涂擦防止肺癌化疗后静脉炎发生的临床疗效。[方法]选取60例肺癌患者，按照随机数字表将肺癌患者随机分配到预防治疗组和预防对照组。预防治疗组：输注化疗前涂擦山西省中医院自制中药复方藤芷膏，用保鲜膜覆盖，每天1次，每次为3 h，连续3 d，时间为2个化疗周期；预防对照组：输注化疗前涂擦碘伏，用保鲜膜覆盖，每日1次，每次为3 h，连续3 d，时间为2个化疗周期。观察2组采用临床症状、化疗性静脉炎分级来评价有效率。[结果]在临床症状比较中预防治疗组和预防对照组总有效率分别为86.6%和46.6%，静脉炎分级比较中预防治疗组和预防对照组总有效率分别为86.6%和46.6%，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），预防治疗组疗效明显优于预防对照组，且治疗组未出现不良事件。[结论]本院中药制剂复方藤芷膏有明显缓解化疗中和化疗后静脉反应，助化疗可以顺利进行，并且未见不良反应发生，值得临床广泛运用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To summarize the clinical effect of self-made TCM compound gamboge ointment rubbed to prevent Zhi phlebitis after chemotherapy for lung cancer.[Methods] Sixty patients with lung cancer were randomly assigned to the prevention and treatment group and the control group according to the random number table. Prevention and treatment group:infusion chemotherapy inunction of self-made TCM compound gamboge Zhi paste, covered with plastic wrap, 3 h a day, 1 times a day, three days in a row, the time for the 2 cycle of chemotherapy; prevention and control group:infusion chemotherapy with Iodophor, covered with plastic wrap, 3 h a day, 1 times a day, three days in a row, the time for 2 cycles. The clinical symptoms and chemotherapeutic phlebitis classification were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the 2 groups.[Results] the clinical symptoms in the preventive treatment group and prevention control group total effective rate were 86.6% and 46.6%, phlebitis grading in preventive treatment group and prevention group the total effective rate was 86.6% and 46.6%, the total efficiency of two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), to prevent the curative effect of treatment group was the prevention is better than the control group, and the treatment group did not appear adverse events.[Conclusion] Our traditional Chinese medicine compound rattan Zhi ointment can obviously alleviate the venous reaction after chemotherapy and chemotherapy, and it can proceed smoothly without any side effects. It is worthy of extensive clinical application.
