| 复发性流产（RSA）作为临床常见病一直是妇产科研究的重点。RSA的发病原因复杂，发病机制尚不完全清楚，但有资料表明子宫内膜容受性（ER）是影响RSA发生的重要因素之一。因此，理清子宫内膜容受性与RSA的相关性，能够为临床改善子宫内膜容受性，提高RSA患者再次妊娠成功率提供思路。文章梳理了子宫内膜容受性与RSA的相关性，并总结了中西医改善子宫内膜容受性，治疗RSA的临床现状，为后续临床研究提供理论依据。 |

| Relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortions and endometrial receptivity |

| As the clinical common disease,recurrent spontaneous abortions shorted as RSA has been the focal point of Obstetrics and Gynecology for a long time. The pathogeny of RSA is intricate, anyway it has been reported that endometrial receptivity shorted as ER is an important influencing factor of RSA. Therefore sorting out the relationship between RSA and ER is conductive to improve the receptivity of endometrial and increase the rate of pregance of RSA. The paper summarizes current chinese and western treatments of RSA and endometrial receptivity and the relationship between them in order to provide guidance for further clinical research. |
