方剂“组方配伍网络”分析方法研究——以名老中医门诊处方数据为例

摘要:

[目的] 探讨“组方配伍网络”分析方法挖掘专家门诊处方内在配伍规律的可行性。[方法] 调取专家治疗胸痹的门诊处方369个，依据纳入、排除标准选择合格处方建库。在中医理论指导下，综合运用复杂网络分析、关联规则分析，构建组方网络、配伍网络、组方配伍网络及其核心群，总结处方内在配伍规律。通过不同网络模型的比较，结合相关文献验证及专家本人意见，评估“组方配伍网络”分析法的可行性。[结果] 组方配伍网络及核心群能够反映组方思路和配伍关系，基于节点的介数中心性可以筛选重点药物，由重点药物构成的链路、社团模块可以反映理论和治法。经文献验证和专家本人确认，分析结果基本符合专家本人的学术思想和临床用药特点。[结论] “组方配伍网络”既能体现专家的组方思维，又能提供有数据支撑的配伍关系，可作为专家门诊处方数据挖掘的基本方法。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the feasibility of applying the Analysis Method,which is based on “Organization & Compatibility Network of TCM Prescription”,to study the inherent compatibility rules of experts' outpatient prescriptions.[Methods] Three hundred and sixty-nine outpatient prescriptions for the treatment of thoracic obstruction were obtained from a related expert. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,qualified prescriptions were selected and the required data were extracted. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,comprehensive use of complex network analysis,association analysis methods,mining the expert's thoughts of prescriptions and specific probability of compatibility,build the “Organization & Compatibility Network of TCM Prescription” and its core group,summed up the prescription inherent compatibility laws. Through the comparison of different network models,verified by the relevant literature,the Analysis Method of “Organization & Compatibility Network of TCM Prescription” is feasible.[Results] The “Organization & Compatibility Network of TCM Prescription” and its core group can reflect the expert's thoughts of prescriptions and specific probability of compatibility. Based on the node's Betweenness Centrality,the key drugs can be selected. The links and communities formed by the key nodes can reflect the theory and therapy based on TCM. Verified by the literature,the results,which obtained by using the Analysis Method of “Organization & Compatibility Network of TCM Prescription”,accord with the expert academic thoughts and compatibility of medicines.[Conclusion] The “Organization & Compatibility Network of TCM Prescription” can not only reflect the expert's thoughts of prescriptions,but also provide the compatibility witch supported by data. It can be used as a basic method for experts' outpatient prescriptions data mining.
