| 青光眼是常见的致盲眼病，近年来发病率逐年上升。由于该病的复杂性、难治性以及长期性，患者需终身治疗、随访，且视力逐年下降，导致患者常常出现情绪焦虑状态，加重病情。文章通过对“心主神明”理论的探讨分析及现代科学检查为依据的研究，为青光眼患者焦虑状态的论治提供新的思路。 |

| Glaucoma is a common blind eye disease in China. In recent years,the incidence of glaucoma has increased year by year. Due to the complexity,refractory and long-term nature of the disease,patients need lifelong treatment and follow-up,and their eyesight is decreasing year by year,which often leads to emotional anxiety and exacerbation. In the classic of Chinese medicine,the Yellow Emperor records the “heart,the official of the monarch,the Spirit out”,which shows that all the spirit and emotion of the man are dominated by the heart. Based on the analysis of the theory of “heart governing spirit” and the research of modern scientific examination,this article will provide new ideas for the treatment of glaucoma patients' state of anxiety. |
