| 慢性肾性脑病发展于慢性肾脏性疾病，其临床表现主要体现在认知、神志以及运动等功能障碍，其发生和发展大大增加了慢性肾病患者的致残率以及死亡率。文章基于慢性肾性脑病的病因病理，从"肾、脑、络脉"论慢性肾性脑病的诊疗，在治疗方式上，秉持"针药并举"理念，发挥其独特优势，为慢性肾性脑病的临床治疗提供靶向性诊疗方案以及思路。 |

| Chronic renal disease develops in chronic kidney disease develops in chronic kidney disease,its clinical manifestations mainly in the cognitive,mental and functional disorders. Its occurrence and development gretly increased the morbidity and mortality of patients withchronic kidney disease. Based on the etiology and pathology of chronic nephroticencephalopathy,the author reviews the diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal encephalopathy from "kidney brain and collaterals",in the treatment methods,upholdthe "acupuncture and medicine simultaneously" concept,to play its unique advantages for the clinical treatment of chronic renal encephalopathy provide targeted treatment programs and ideas. |
