| [目的]探讨中药联合人工周期对比人工周期治疗宫腔粘连术后妊娠率及临床疗效。[方法]计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普电子期刊全文数据库等，按照纳入标准、排除标准筛选文献、评价文献质量及提取数据，采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]纳入15个RCT，共1 035例患者。Meta分析结果显示，宫腔粘连术后应用中药联合人工周期与单纯人工周期比较能显著提高妊娠率，差异有统计学意义。临床有效率、月经恢复情况中西医结合治疗组均明显高于对照组。中西医结合治疗组能够降低宫腔粘连术后宫腔粘连评分、子宫内膜螺旋动脉的搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI），差异有统计学意义。而两组间子宫内膜厚度、流产率比较无统计学差异。[结论]中药联合人工周期治疗宫腔粘连术后妊娠率、临床有效率、月经恢复均优于人工周期组，并能降低宫腔粘连评分、PI及RI指数。 |

| Pregnancy outcomes after the treatment of intrauterine adhesion by traditional Chinese medicine combined with artificial cycle: a meta analysis |

| [Objective] To explore the pregnancy pregnancy rate and clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with artificial cycle in treating uterineadhesion.[Methods] The computer searched Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP etc. We selected literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.After evaluating the quality of the included studies and extracting the data,a Meta-analysis was perfomed by using RevMan 5.3.[Results] 15 RCTs were involved in 1 035 patients. Meta analysis showed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and artificial cycle could significantly increase the pregnancy rate after intrauterine adhesions surgery. Clinical effectiveness,menstrual recovery were significantly higher than those in the control group. Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group can reduce intrauterine adhesions postoperative intrauterine adhesion score,endometrial spiral artery index,and resistance index,the difference was statistically significant. The endometrial thickness and abortion rate between the two groups were not statistically significant.[Conclusion] the pregnancy rate,clinical efficiency,menstrual recovery and endometrial thickness of Chinese medicine combined with artificial cycle in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions are superior to artificial cycle,and can reduce the intrauterine adhesion score,PI and RI index. |
