摘要:

痢疾一病，临床多见，病情反复，缠绵难愈。现将蒲辅周在《中国百年百名中医临床家之蒲辅周》中治疗痢疾的医案进行分析，并整理其治疗经验。蒲辅周治疗的痢疾主要为中虚寒湿、湿热内蕴、木郁土壅、中气下陷4型，以"利小便以实大便"为根本大法，善用糖治痢，注重调气之药宜小量多品，强调剂型与服药次数灵活运用，疗效甚佳。蒲辅周治疗痢疾见解独到，用药精当。应细细体会，活学活用，为今后治疗痢疾打下坚实的基础，进一步提高中医治疗痢疾的临床疗效。

Abstract:

Dysentery is a kind of disease, which is common in clinical and not easy to be treated. It was studieal the cases of curing dysentery in the book named "PU Fuzhou, a hundred years of Chinese medicine practitioners in China". PU Fuzhou cures dysentery, including dampness-heat type, dampness-cold and spleen weakness type, wood stagnation and earth stasis type, and spleen-stomach qi sinking type. PU Fuzhou was adept at curing dysentery by exclusion of urine. And he was good for using sugar to cure dysentery. He paid attention to using smaller dose and more types herbs, when we need to regulate qi. He emphasized that Chinese medicine formulations and medicine methods are used selectively. PU Fuzhou cured dysentery accurately and effectively. To improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating dysentery. we should study his cases and get his experience.
