摘要:

[目的]优选猪苓最佳浸泡时间和干燥方法。[方法]通过考察猪苓药材不同浸泡时间和不同干燥方法，以猪苓中麦角甾醇、麦角甾酮、多糖和水溶性浸出物为评价指标，采用综合评分法优选猪苓的最佳炮制方法。[结果]猪苓不同炮制方法的综合评分值差异较大，浸泡8 h综合评分最高，其分值达0.796；干燥方法中自然晾干综合评分最高，其分值达0.745，烘干法以50℃烘干综合评分最高，分值达0.631。[结论]猪苓最佳炮制方法为：用水浸泡8 h后切片，于50℃烘箱中烘干。该方法可较好地控制猪苓药材质量，适合于大规模生产中。

Abstract:

[Objective] To optimize the optimal soaking time and drying method for polyporus umbellatus.[Methods] By investigating the different soaking time and different drying methods of polyporus umbellatus,ergosterol, ergosterone,polysaccharide and water-soluble extracts in polyporus umbellatus were selected as the evaluation indexes,and the processing method for polyporus umbellatus was optimized by comprehensive scoring method.[Results] The comprehensive scores of different processing methods of polyporus umbellatus were quiet different. The comprehensive score of immersion for 8 h was the highest,and the score was 0.796. The score by natural drying, method reached 0.745 which was the highest comprehensive score of diffrent drying method. In drying method, drying at 50℃ has the highest comprehensive score of 0.631.[Conclusion] The best method for the preparation of polyporus umbellatus was:soaking in water for 8 h,then slicing and drying in an oven at 50℃. The new processing method was useful to control the quality of the polyporus umbellatus medicine and was suitable for large scale production.
