麝香通心滴丸联合常规西药改善冠心病心绞痛的系统评价

摘要:

[目的] 基于Meta分析，对麝香通心滴丸联合常规西药的冠心病心绞痛的改善及疗效进行系统评价。[方法] 2019年11月发表关于麝香通心滴丸联合常规西药改善冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验（RCT），并进行质量评价及有效资料提取，运用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 5.3软件进行统计学分析。[结果] 共纳入合格RCT研究11个，受试者1 075例，其中试验组540例，对照组535例；Meta分析结果显示：与单纯常规西药治疗比较，加用麝香通心滴丸可进一步减少心绞痛患者心绞痛发作次数（P<0.01）；心绞痛持续时间（P<0.01）。[结论] 与常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛比较，联合麝香通心滴丸进一步提高疗效，但鉴于纳入临床研究在数量及质量上存在一定局限性，得出结果仅作为临床诊疗的循证参考，还需更多高质量的RCT进一步证实其疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] Based on the meta-analysis,the improvement and efficacy of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combined with conventional Western medicine for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were systematically evaluated. [Methods] Computer retrieval CNKI,Wang Fang,Wei Pu (VIP),the Chinese biomedical literature database (CBMdisc),PubMed and EMbase database published about Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combination with conventional Western medicine treatment of angina pectoris and coronary heart disease convalescence randomized controlled clinical trial (RCT) research before November 2019,and evaluate the quality and effective information extraction,using Cochrane RevMan5.3 software for statistical analysis. [Results] Eleven qualified RCT studies were included,there were 1075 subjects,including 540 in the test group and 535 in the control group. The result of meta-analysis showed that,compared with conventional Western medicine treatment alone,the addition of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills could further reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks in angina pectoris patients (P<0.01),angina duration (P<0.01). [Conlusion] Compared with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combined with conventional Western medicine can improve the curative effect one step at a time. However,in view of the limitation in quantity and quality of included clinical studies,the result is only used as evidence-based reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and more high-quality RCT is needed to further confirm the curative effect.
