| 中药有效成分纳米制剂抗肿瘤的研究进展 |

| 随着肿瘤发病率逐年增加，恶性肿瘤已经成为危害人类身体健康的主要因素之一。近年来，研究者探索中药有效成分作为传统肿瘤治疗化放疗药物的替代品，但中药有效成分大多水溶性差，从而导致了口服吸收率低、代谢快，限制了其临床应用。纳米给药系统可以改善药物的水溶性，此外还具有靶向细胞和促进细胞摄取的优势。文章对中药有效成分的纳米制剂靶向治疗肿瘤的研究进展作一归纳总结。 |

| With the increasing incidence of cancer year by year,malignant tumor has become one of the main factors that harm human health. In recent years,researchers have explored the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine as a substitute of traditional cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy drugs,but most of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine are poorly water-soluble,which leads to low oral absorption rate,fast metabolism,and limits its clinical application. Nano-formulations delivery system can improve the water solubility of drugs,in addition,it has the advantages of targeting cells and promoting cell uptake. In this paper,the research progress of targeted treatment of tumor with nano-formulations of effective components of Traditional Chinese Medicine is summarized. |
