摘要:

[目的] 总结小儿癫痫临床常见中医诊断、辨证、治疗，对《中医儿科临床诊疗指南·小儿癫痫》一致性进行临床评价。[方法] 选取了不同地域的10个三级医院作为评价单位，采用前瞻性病例调查分析法，收集了1年内共200例小儿癫痫病例，数据资料采用频数方法进行统计分析。[结果] 小儿癫痫临床常见中医诊断、辨证、治疗的使用与指南内容有较高一致性。[结论] 说明了指南的修订符合临床情况，对小儿癫痫的临床诊断与治疗有指导性意义。

Abstract:

[Objective] We summarize the clinical diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of epilepsy in children,and use it to evaluate the clinical consistency of the Guidelines for Pediatric Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment in Chinese Medicine:Pediatric Epilepsy.[Methods] Using prospective case investigation analysis method,the selecting of different regions in 10 third-grade hospitals as the unit of investigation,collection of nearly one year, a total of 200 cases children with epilepsy,and the data is analyzed by means of frequency based on a statistical analysis.[Results] There is a high consistency between the use of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric convulsive disorders.[Conclusion] It is indicated that the revision of the guide is in accordance with the clinical situation,and it has instructive significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with epilepsy.
