大学生中医体质调查研究现状系统评价

摘要:

[目的] 了解中国大学生中医体质调查研究现状，评价其方法学质量。[方法] 计算机检索中国知网、万方及维普3大中文数据库，检索时限为2010年1月至2019年10月。根据纳入标准和排除标准筛选并纳入文献，并对文献名称、发表年份、文献类型、发表期刊、第一作者所在地区、作者数量、样本量、抽样方法、方法学质量（AHRQ）等信息进行提取分析。[结果] 最终纳入37篇合格文献，文献数量整体呈波浪式上升趋势，《中华中医药杂志》载文量最多，为4篇（占10.81%）；载文量为2篇以上（含2篇）的7种期刊中，核心期刊共4种10篇（占27.78%）；文献作者分布于全国17个省、自治区、直辖市；单篇作者数为1~9人不等，每篇文献研究平均作者数量为4~5个。纳入的37篇文献中，样本量分布不均衡，每篇文献研究平均样本量为1 363例；抽样方法分布情况显示，6篇文献（占16.22%）使用单纯随机抽样方法，7篇文献（占18.92%）使用整群抽样方法，24篇文献（占64.86%）未提及抽样方法；方法学质量结果显示37篇文献均为中等质量和低质量文献，且与文献发表年份无关（P=0.987）。[结论] 大学生中医体质调查研究文献总量较高，但文献质量偏低，今后需努力钻研循证医学研究方法，严格质控科学调查研究过程。同时开展多机构合作研究，提高科研水平和影响力。

Abstract:

[Objective] To understand the current situation of the investigation and research of College Students' Constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and evaluate the quality of methodology.[Methods] Three Chinese databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer,and the searching time was from January 2010 to October 2019. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the literature was selected and included,and the information of literature name,publication year,literature type,publication journal,first author's region,number of authors,sample size,sampling method,methodology quality (AHRQ) was extracted and analyzed.[Results] Thirty seven qualified literatures were included,and the total number of literatures showed a wave like upward trend. Chinese Journal of traditional Chinese medicine had the largest number of articles,accounting for 4 literatures(10.81%);the authors of literatures were distributed in 17 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government;the number of single authors ranged from 1 to 9,and the average number of authors in each literature study was 4-5. Among the 37 literatures included,the sample size distribution is uneven,and the average sample size of each literature study is 1363;the distribution of sampling methods shows that 6 literatures (16.22%) use simple random sampling method,7 literatures (18.92%) use cluster sampling method,and 24 literatures (64.86%) do not mention sampling method;the results of methodological quality show that 37 literatures are of medium quality It was not related to the year of publication (P=0.987).[Conclusion] the total amount of research literature on TCM Constitution of college students is high,but the quality of literature is low. In the future,it is necessary to study the research methods in this field and strictly control the scientific investigation and research process. At the same time,we will carry out multi agency cooperative research to improve the level and influence of scientific research.
