| 大多精神类疾病与骨质疏松的发生呈现一定的相关性，其具体的机制尚未阐明，而多数患者一旦确诊为精神疾病，需长期服用、甚至终身服用抗精神疾病药物，越来越多的研究表明，这类药物对骨代谢有着不同程度的影响。文章就精神类药物与骨代谢之间的相关性研究进展展开综述，以期为在抗精神疾病治疗中积极配合改善骨质方案的制定提供理论依据，从而更好地指导临床，提高患者生活质量。 |

| Most of the psychiatric diseases have a certain correlation with the occurrence of osteoporosis,and the specific mechanism has not yet been elucidated. Most people diagnosed with mental illness often need to take medication for a long time or even a lifetime. More and more studies It shows that these drugs have different effects on bone metabolism. This article reviews the research progress of the correlation between psychotropic drugs and bone metabolism,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the active development of anti-psychiatric treatment to improve the formulation of bones,so as to better guide the clinical and improve the quality of life of patients. |
