| 软坚散结法有着丰富的理论内涵和外延，是随着癥瘕积聚治疗实践的发展，从消法逐渐分化出来的一种特色治法。软坚散结法与活血化瘀法同属于消法，此法主要作用于局部的肿结硬块，使之渐消缓散，而活血化瘀作用于血行涩滞不畅引起的局部或全身的瘀血证。 |

| The resolving hard lump method has rich theoretical connotation and extension. This method belongs to elimination,which is a characteristic treatment method graduallybecome independent from elimination with the development of treatment practice of accumulation of symptoms.Resolving hard lump method and bloodcirculation method all belong to elimination. Resolving hard lump method mainly works on the local hard lump,which was gradually dispersed. The bloodcirculation method is mainly used for local or systemic blood stasis syndrome caused by astringency and stagnation in blood circulation. |
