| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并焦虑、抑郁、认知功能受损甚至意识障碍等神志变化，近年来因对患者生活质量及疾病进展与预后产生严重影响而逐渐引起医者的关注。在中医学“形神合一”理论指导下，从“肺脑相关”的角度探析该类疾病的中西医诊治现状，有助于进一步完善其临床诊疗，对其早期评估与治疗提供一定的启发与参考。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is complicated with anxiety,depression,cognitive impairment and even mental disorders. In recent years,it has a serious impact on patients' quality of life,disease progress and prognosis,and gradually caused the attention of doctors. Under the guidance of the theory of "integration of form and spirit" in traditional Chinese medicine,the present situation of diagnosis and treatment of this kind of disease is analyzed from the perspective of "correlation between lung and brain",which is helpful to further improve its clinical diagnosis and treatment,and to provide a certain degree of inspiration and reference for its early evaluation and treatment. |
